The application of the HCF has been scrutinized and it was observed that the HCF has applied for CTO with Sh. Pankaj Sharma prop. However the HCF has submitted revenue record in the name of Seema Rani, which are not in line. Earlier, the application was returned with same observations whereas the HCF has once again applied without removing the previous observations.
The HCF is required to apply for CTO with proper revenue record in the name of proprietor or else attach supporting document in accordance with the revenue record.
If approved, present application of the HCF may be returned as above please. |
