The project proponent was granted Consent to Establish (NOC) on 27.09.2023 for establishment of hot mix plant, in the land area of 109 Kanals 06 Marlas for production of Premix @ 700 TPD...............
Now, application applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981............
The visiting officer has reported that the site was visited on 24.07.2024 and it was observed that :- 1) The project proponent has installed hot mix plant at the site, which was not in operation during visit................ 2) he pp has installed machinery as proposed at the time of consent to establish. The PP has installed cyclone separator followed by bag filter house as APCD with hot mix plant, which was adequate in principle..........3) The PP has installed septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent generated from washroom section and provision has been made to discharge the same onto land for plantation along boundary wall…………………. 4) The PP has installed DG set with canopy and stack of adequate height. 5) The pp has made adequate plantation along the boundary wall..........The hot mix plant is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981............
.In view of above, if approved, consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the hot mix plant for a period upto 30.06.2029, subject to the following special conditions:
1. The project proponent will not establish/commission any other industrial unit except hot mix plant in the proposed land area of 109 kanal 06 marlas without prior written permission of the Board.............
2. This 'consent to operate' is issued from pollution angle only and it does not absolve from obtaining necessary permissions/clearances from other authorities/ statutes as applicable...........
3. The HMP will comply with the code of practice as prescribed by the Board vide notification no. Admn./SA2/F.No.178/99/03 dt. 26.04.99 for hot mix plant.........
4. The HMP shall submit its operational schedule at least 15 days prior to its operation so that emission sample of the industry be collected as per the policy of the Board..........
5. The HMP shall get its emission sample analyzed from the Board's Lab/approved lab of the Board as per the policy of the Board........
