• Application received for obtaining CTE for establishment of a cattle feed manufacturing unit in an area of 6 kanals 4 marlas in the revenue estate of Vill. Langeana Nawan-II, Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt. Moga............
• The industry has submitted land use classification report issued by the District Town Planner, Moga vide no. 705 dated 15.07.2024, wherein it has been mentioned that as per notified Master Plan of Bagha-purana (2010-31), the site falls in the agricultural zone and is permitted for its establishment in the said area.....……
• The report has been submitted countersigned by Tehsildar Baghapurana, wherein it has been mentioned that no lal lakir, MC limit, residential house (15 pucca houses) located within 100 meter distance of the proposed site……..
• The industry was visited by officer of the Board on 23.07.2024 and it was observed that:-…………….
1. The site is vacant plot. The industry has constructed boundary wall. …. ……..
2. The industry does not propose to use any water in the process; thus, no trade effluent will be generated from the process…………….
3. There is no residential area (cluster of 15 pucca houses) or any village phirni within the 100 mtrs radius from the site …………….
In view of above, if approved, the consent to establish (NOC) for establishment of cattle feed manufacturing unit in land area of 6 kanals 4 marlas in the revenue estate of Vill. Langeana Nawan-II, Tehsil Baghapurana, Distt. Moga be granted to the industry subject to the following special conditions:
1. The industry will not generate/discharge any trade effluent without prior written permission of the Board……….
2. The industry will not undergo any expansion w.r.t. land area/production capacity without prior written permission of the Board……….
3. The CTE is granted to the industry from pollution angle and it shall obtain all the statutory permissions as required from the concerned departments………..
