Sir,
Point wise reply to the observations of worthy CEE is as under:-
1) The project proponent has constructed compost pits for in-house management of bio-degradable solid waste generated from the project. Solid waste was lying disposed off into these compost pits. The project proponent has also constructed a small MRF centre for collection / disposal of non-bio-degradable solid waste (photograph enclosed.
2) The project site was visited by EE, RO Faridkot and AEE constituted by the Zonal Office. Copy of report is attached herewith.
3) The PP has submitted letter issued by BDA, Bathinda vide no. 277 dated 03.05.2024, in which at page no. 04 detail of land under CLU i.e. 8.0696 Acres has been mentioned.
4) Samples from the outlet of STP was collected during visit on 14.07.2024 and sent to the Head Office Water Lab, Patiala for analysis. As per analysis report received from the lab, the conc. of pH .. TSS, TDS,COD, BOD and Oil & Grease are found to be 7.2, 92mg/l, 2040 mg/l, 198 mg/l, 40 mg/l and 5.6 mg/l, which is within the permissible limit prescribed by the Board.
