• Application applied for obtaining CTE to establish a hotel with 10 rooms and a banquet hall of siting capacity @ 150 person in an area of 5 kanal 6 marlas, in the revenue estate of Village Dhilwan Kalan, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot………….
• The project proponent has submitted copy of letter regarding approval of CLU/building plan issued by approved by STP, Bathinda vide his memo no. 137 STP(B) H2BP-FDK dated 31.01.2024 for 5 kanal 6 marlas land area bearing Khasra no. 63/1/2 min(5-2), 63/2/1(0-4) falling in the revenue estate of Village Dhilwan Kalan, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot, wherein it has been mentioned that the proposed site falls in the residential zone as per notified Master Plan Kotkapura ………..
• The RO has submitted vide note dated 27.07.2024 that as per self declaration submitted by the PP, the unit will generate 5 KLD of waste water from kitchen section as well as toilet section and same will be treated through oil & grease trap / septic tank. The treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation along the boundary wall / lawn area i.e. 0.5 kanal within the premises, which is adequate. Proposal submitted to provide 03 no. compost pits for scientific disposal of bio-gradable solid waste and non-biodegradable solid waste to be lifted to the MC authorities. DG set of capacity 50 KVA proposed with canopy and stack of adequate height………………
• The visiting officer has reported that the proposed site was visited on 19.07.2024 and it was observed that the proposed site is located on Bathinda – Amritsar National Highway……..No construction started at the proposed site. ………….. In view of the above, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) may be granted to the PP for establishment of hotel with 10 rooms and banquet hall @ 150 person capacity, subject to the following specific conditions:-
1) This consent to establish is granted to the project for establishment of hotel with 10 rooms and banquet hall @ 150person capacity in an area of 5 kanal 6 marlas bearing khasra nos. 63/1/2 (5-2) 63/2/1(0-4) in the revenue estate of village Dhilwan Kalan, Tehsil Kotkapura, District Faridkot and in case any of the document submitted by PP is found forged/incorrect, the PP is liable for the same…………
2) The PP shall comply with the conditions of memo no. 137 STP(B) H2BP-FDK dated 31.01.2024 issued by the Department of Town & Country Planning…………..
3) The PP will always comply with guidelines issued by the Board vide no. HQ-2/2021/64 dated 02.02.2021……………
4) The PP will ensure to comply with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016………
