| Clarification Note: |
On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved site plan from the Competent Authority.
2. The project proponent has not submitted CA certificate of fixed assets of latest financial year i.e upto 31/03/2024.
3. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of STP.
4. The project proponent has not submitted permission from Municipal Authority/ TDI for supply of fresh water as well as discharge of treated wastewater into sewerage.
5. The project proponent has not submitted any proposal for reuse the treated waste water in flushing system.
As such, you are therefore requested to submit reply of the above, said observation within 2 days.
