As discussed, the categorization of the industry was done by the Board vide officer order no. GPS/NIP/F-10/2010/4 dated 17/02/2020. As per the categorization and as per the policy of the Board, 2013, the railway sidings are covered under Red Category. Further, the Railway sidings are revised into green category later in 2016. The applicant has submitted reference of Hon’ble National Green Tribunal order in the case titled Saloni Singh vs. Union of India and Others vide O.A no. 141 of 2014 and its order dated 18.08.2020, however, the same is related to Railway stations and not railway sidings.
As such, the application may be returned and applicant may be requested to submit the fee w.e.f 17/02/2010 so that the case may be processed accordingly.
