To the observation raised by your good self, the RO has submitted that the industry has provided plantation area of about 1500 sqr yard adjoining the industrial premises. The plantation area is on lease and the lease deed is enclosed herewith. The plantation area provided by the industry is scientifically adequate to manage the treated waste water............................
In light of above, may if approved,
1. Consent under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of six months with the special conditions that:
a. It shall get its stack emission samples analyzed from the Board's lab within this period.
2. Directions u/s 31-A of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be issued to PSPCL Authorities to restore the electric connection of the unit temporarily for the period of six months..........................................
