Sir, the reply of the observation is as under:
1. The latest report of Tehsildar with accurate distance is attached herewith.
2. The industry has set up its unit without obtaining the consent to establish (NOC) from the Board. The unit is expected to be commissioned in the upcoming season, likely in the first week of October.
3. The industry has submitted approved building plan approved by Er. Manraj Singh, Competent Person, Director of Factories the copy of the site plan is attached.
