The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the land documents such as sale deed/registry etc.
2. The industry has not submitted the distance report from the Revenue Department.
3. The industry is requested to submit the details of workers alongwith number of working shifts to ascertain the quantity of ground water consumption.
4. The industry has not submitted the Memorandum of Association (MOA) alongwith resolution of authorized signatory.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
