Sir while perusing the not history it is observed that AEE has not processed the case timely and has undue delayed the case. Taken 10 days for scrutiny, initial processing taken more than 1 month, 17 days to attach earlier report as asked by EE. No visit after receipt of application as already visited on 24-07-2024.
If approved following actions may be taken:
1. As proposed by SEE ZP-2 please.
2. SEE ZP-2 shall call explanation of concerned AEE and send his report /recommendations accordingly.
