While scrutinized the application of the project proponent it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has not submitted approved site plan of the project.
2. The project proponent has not submitted proof of commissioning of the site. As such the fee cannot be adjudged.
3. The project proponent has not submitted CA certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry at the end of last financial year.
May if approved, the application of the PP is returned with the request to re-submit the same after removing the above said observation.
