it is recommended that: - 1. Consent to operate applied under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. 2. Consent to operate under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2029 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board. 3. Electric connection of the industry may be restored for permanently. (Hon'ble Chairman of the Board) . |
