| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that :-
1. The CA certificate submitted by the industry is not in order, as same is required to be submitted the value of total fixed assets without depreciated value. Hence, the adequacy of consent fee deposited by the industry cannot be adjudged.
2. The industry has not submitted the copy of Lease deed of Plot NO. B-24/1, please attach. The area of the total 3 plots may also be intimated.
3. The copy of electricity bill has not been attached.
You are requested to attend the above said observation and submit your reply within 3 days. |
