Keeping in view of the comments of RO, Patiala, if approved, fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for production of PVC Garden Pipe @ 835 kg/Day and PVC Granules @ 625 kg/Day by using PVC Resin @ 400 kg/Day, CP Plasticiser/CPW @ 300 kg/Day, Calcium Carbonate @ 150 kg/Day, Colour Pigments @ 0.250 kg/Day and PVC Scrap @ 650 kg/Day for a period up to 30.09.2026 with special conditions as proposed by RO Patiala alongwith additional special conditions that the industry shall not use waste plastic carry bags as raw material. Also, RO shall collect emission samples from the industry within one month to check the adequacy of the pollution control devices installed by the industry please.
