As per observations raised by the competent authority:
1. The unit has not installed STP for the treatment of domestic effluent.
2. The change of land use for an area measuring 2.2 acres located Vill Dollowal, H.B no. 386 Tehsil and Distt Hoshiarpur has been considered. The permission for CLU 1.79 acres. The CLU granted, in which khasra no. mentioned are 10//2/2, 8,9/1, 12/1, 13/1, 14/1 and in Jamabandi uploaded by the industry the khara no. are 10//12/1, (1-1), 10//13/1 (1-7), 10//14/1(0-2) 10//2/2(3-4), 10//8(5-10), 10//9/1(6-8), which is same.
