1. Check whether concrete proof of commissioning submitted by the HCF ? If yes calculate CTO accordingly.
2. Check whether bed capacity as mentioned in CBWTF agreement is same as applied for vide application under consideration. As in above note somewhere 20 beds is written and at other place 25 beds have been written.
3. Check whether the HCF has submitted analysis report of effluent sample from Boards lab to ascertain achievement of standards in accordance with BWM Rules, 2016 ?
4. Is the treatment facility common for both domestic and liquid waste generated from its premises.
5. Whether the HCF has obtained authorisation under BMW Rules, 2016 ?if yes bring details on record
6. What about CTE regularisation fee ?
7. Check the HCF has submitted land revenue documents ? If so, bring details on record.
Also submit fresh recommendations in the matter. |
