The report and recommendation of RO be perused. May if approved, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for the period upto 30.09.2027 with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that: 1. The palace shall submit the effluent analysis report from Board's lab within 03 months. 2. The palace shall obtain permission from Punjab Water Regulatory Development Authority. 3. The palace shall comply CPCB/SPCB policy, 2021 time to time. 4. The palace shall obtain necessary permisission from concerned Department, if any
