In addition to the note of AEE, it is submitted that as per the approved layout plan attached by the PP (Approved by Senior Town Planner, Deptt. of Local Govt. HQ, Jalandhar, the total built up area proposed of the project is 5821.34 sq. yards, which is less than 20,000 sq. m. i.e. the project is not covered environmental clearance.
As such, recommended for grant of fresh CTE to the PP for establishment of the commercial project for a period of one year, subject to suitable conditions please.
