It is submitted that the industry has applied under the latest CPCB categorization for the washing unit. However, the unit has submitted a request letter in which revised proposal for trade effluent generation is 48 KLD, which was 100 KLD earlier. The treated trade effluent is being discharged into the sewer, for which the disposal charges have been deposited (deposit receipt attached). Further, they mentioned in the letter that they will adjust over boiler operation for steam generation for washing activities.
