| Clarification Note: | The application of the industry was scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:- 1. In application form correct address of the proposed project has not mentioned also number of rooms and other requisite information regarding proposed project has not mentioned in application form. 2. As per project report the industry has proposed to recycle treated effluent after STP, but has not submitted any schematic diagram in this regard. 3. The industry has not submitted any feasibility report of proposed STP. 4. The industry has submitted a copy of fird but has not highlighted the paras showing detail of owners of land. 5. As per project report the land of the industry is on Lease, but it has not submitted copy of any lease dead. 6. The industry has not submitted copy of building plan approved form the concerned department. It is requested to clarify above observations within 02 days, so the application can be processed. |
