On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 23.12.2025 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted brief project report, in which plant and machinery cost mentioned by the project proponent is Rs. 14.47 crore. The NOC application was returned with request to apply under large scale. Now, the project proponent re-applies Consent to establish (NOC) and submitted brief project report, in which mentioned the plant and machinery cost is Rs. 7.47 crore. The project proponent needs to clarify the reason for decrease of plant and machinery cost. 2. As per the plant and machinery @ Rs. 7.47 crore mentioned in the brief project report, the project proponent needs to apply under medium scale. 3. The project proponent has not submitted authorized signatory letter in the name of Sh. Vijay Suri that he is authorized to apply or sing the application, documents. 4. The project proponent has not submitted manufacturing process. 5. The project proponent not marked the plantation area in the site plan. 6. The project proponent has submitted lease agreement of Khasra no. 5//11(0-15), 19(2-16), 20(4-0), 21(2-13), 22/1 (1-8), 6//15(0-14), 16/2(3-17), 25(3-9). However, the project proponent has submitted land use classification certificate for Khasra no. 6//16(1-10-9.5) and 6//25(2-9-11.5), please clarify.
No reply received from the industry till date. Hence, the application of the project proponent is returned. |
