On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent following observations were raised on 24.12.2025 with request to submit reply within 1 day.
1. The project proponent has not submitted reply of previous clarification raised on 11.12.2025: “Earlier, the project proponent has submitted a CA certificate indicating the value of fixed assets as Rs. 16.79 crore. However, as per the latest CA certificate the value of fixed assets as Rs. 34.29 crore. The project proponent is therefore required to provide a justification/explanation for the increase in the reported value of fixed assets.” 2. The Bank Guarantee submitted by the project proponent expired on 31.01.2025. Therefore, the project proponent is required to submit an extended Bank Guarantee. 3. The project proponent has not submitted approved building plan in compliance of the consent conditions. 4. The project has carried out expansion in the plant and machinery. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit land suitability certificate from DTP. 5. The project proponent is required to submit the detail of machinery installed.
No reply received from the industry till date. Hence, the application of the industry is returned. |
