RO has submitted reply to the queries and has submitted that no air emission sampling has been carried out in year 2024 and 2025................ The Industry uses electricity and PNG as fuel in its plant in all the machinery except Hot dip galvanizing furnace where Low Sulphur Heavy Stock (LSHS) (verified from the invoices) is used........, as such fuel used is in line with state fuel policy circulated vide no. 10/64/2020-STE4/469 dated 04.10.2023 ............ The unit is located in designated industrial zone, as per record ( DTP letter no. 238 dated 07.03.2013,copy attached). 4.0 The industry has added a new working shed, and the expansion has been carried within the existing premises only.
Submitted as per earlier recommendations with special condition tht the industry shall its air emission sampling carried out from the stack of Hot dip Furnace , from Board's Lab within 02 months please. |
