It is submitted that the project proponent has applied under green category with code 3060- Oil and gas transportation pipeline contains small gas waste power plants upto 5 MW, as per old categorization.
It is further submitted that CPCB vide no18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-СРСВ-НО dated 12.02.2025 has prescribed new categorization. Hence, old category has been redundant.
The Competent Authority has directed to return the application with advice to apply as per the revised CPCB categorization. But, there is no option to return the applcation, please.
