Gross block value of fixed assets as per CA certificate Rs. 370.21 Lakhs Plant & Machinery Rs. 211.78 Lakhs. Adequacy of consent fee Adequate up to 31.03.2029 under the Water Act, 1974 &under the Air, Act 1981 as per Board’s Office Order dated 29/10/2018.
The industry has already deposited Rs. 8400/- as NOC fee under green category and now the industry has applied under orange category and as per orange category, the industry is required to be deposit Rs. 2400/- more for adequacy of NOC regularization fee but the industry has Rs 4800/- advance under both act after adequacy of CTO fee upto 31.03.2029.
It is also further intimated that the industry has submitted latest certificate issued by DTP Fatehgarh Sahib vide its letter no 635 dated 16.05.2025 which clearly mentioned here that the site of the industry falls in Bassi Pathana and there is no Master Plan has been notified and no land use zoning has been reported for the said location.
