In light of the report/ recommendations given by Regional Office, if approved, the consent to operate under the provision of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted for one year for manufacturing of Rubber Crums @ 18 MT/Day by using Scrapped/Condemned/Waste Tyres @ 24 MT/Day as raw material under misc. orange category as per the Board’s letter no. 40402-20 dated 11/12/2025 i.e. Standards Operating Procedure (SOP) for "Miscellaneous" category for left-out sectors under Red and Orange category in online portal (copy enclosed) with suitable conditions and with special conditions as proposed by Regional Office as well as subject to the conditions imposed in above mentioned SOPs , please.
