It is submitted that the project proponent has submitted written reply of show cause and also submit tehsildar report which states that the proposed site lies 100 meter outside the residential area, lal lakir and MC limits (copy attached).
In view of above, the site is suitable for the establishment of Mother station. It is therefore recommended that consent to establish (NOC)’ from pollution angle may be granted to the project proponent for mother station/Gas distribution station/Skid point of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (bpcl Mother Station) Village Balluana, Taluka Abohar, District Fazilka for one year subject to the special conditions that:
1. The PP shall manage the domestic effluent at the site during construction phase using bio toilets.
2. The PP shall be bound to abide by the provisions of the Master Plan, Abohar.
