It is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2030 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board and with additional condition that:- 1. The industry shall apply for authorization under Hazardous Wastes (Management, Handling & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 immediately. 2. The industry shall ensure to comply with Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000. |
