It is submitted that the point wise reply of the clarification raised by your good self is as under:-
1. It is submitted that the project proponent has submitted approved layout plan which is digitally signed by ADC(G), Sangrur vide dated 26.09.2025. Further, it is submitted that the project is a plotting project and the project proponent will earmark the plots and proposed to sale these plots. Hence, the built-up area cannot be adjudged in this case.
2. The site of the project located within MC limits of Longowal, however, the Master Plan of the same is not prepared yet.
3. The project proponent has already submitted permission issued by EO, MC, Longowal vide no. 934 dated 19.09.2025 for discharge of treated sewage into MC sewer.
4. The MC/Sewerage Board, Longowal has installed terminal STP which will be commissioned by the Jan., 2026. Further, the project proponent was given permission by MC authorities to discharge its effluent only after treatment into MC sewer and also, the project proponent has proposed to install its individual STP of capacity 550 KLD based on MBBR technology.
5. It was inadvertently mentioned the competency lies with SEE. The competency to decide the application for more than Rs. 10 Cr lies with CEE.
