Sir, It is respectfully proposed that as per the previous note and discussion, Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to M/s SGRD Advance Surgical Centre, Dasuya, up to 16.12.2030, under the following special conditions:
1. The Health Care Facility shall submit a written permission / No Objection Certificate from the Municipal Council, Dasuya, for discharge of treated hospital/domestic effluent into the municipal sewer within One (1) month from the date of issue of this Consent.
2. The Consent to Operate shall be valid for a 20-bedded Health Care Facility only. Any increase in bed capacity in future shall be intimated to the Board and fresh consent shall be obtained prior to such increase. |
