On examining the application and linking with record file, following observed:……….
1. In the previous granted CTO application to the industry, the cost of gross fixed asset was Rs. 1.97 crore with value of plant and machinery as Rs. 89 lacs and cost of land as 88.2 lacs, however in the gross asset certificate submitted by the industry with present application, the value is Rs.295 lacs with inclusion of machinery of Rs. 85 lacs. It is required to intimate the increase in plant and machinery assets along with production details, if so…………….
2. Regional Office shall process the consent applications of the industries with induction furnaces taking into account the board’s OM 450 dated 08.10.2025……………
If approve, CTO applications be reverted to RO for clarification of above please
