A clarification was raised on the application of the PP, which is as under: 1) The project proponent was granted Environmental Clearance based on approved layout plan by CTP vide Letter no. 5464 CTP(Pb)/ MPM-150 dated 10.10.2019. However, the plan of the project was further amended vide CTP letter no. 6379CTP(PB)/MPM-150 dated 22.10.2021. The project proponent has not obtained amended Environmental Clearance. 2) The project proponent has not submitted calculation of the population, water pollution load and solid waste generation details of the component of the project, for which it has applied for CTO of the Board. 3) The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report as well as water balance sheet with the online application form. 4) The project proponent has not submitted approved site plan with the online application form. 5) The project proponent has not submitted aksajra plan ear-marking the location of the project and land measuring 1.5 acres reserved for karnal technology along with Khasra no. 6) The project proponent has not submitted authenticated proof regarding CSR activities. 7) The project proponent has not submitted compliance report of the previous consent to establish/ CTO granted to the project.
The Project proponent has not submitted the reply of the same till date. As such, the project proponent is requested to re-submit the application after removing the above said observations. |
