In view of above, it is recommended that: 1. Varied consent to operate under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry for the period of further six month with suitable terms and conditions and special condition that it will got analyse its stack emission sample within 1 month .2. Directions u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be issued to the PSPCL authorities for restoration of electric supply of the industry temporarily for the period of further six month.
