The report/ recommendations sent by RO has been examined and it was noted as under:
# The project proponent was earlier granted fresh consent to establish (NOC) on 09/05/2024 having validity upto 30/09/2025 for development of a commercial cum industrial park project in an area of 50.60 Acre (Warehouse/Industrial - 149 plots, SCO - 44 plots & Booths - 35 plots) @ 228 Nos/day subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.
# Now, the project proponent has applied for obtaining extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) for the same project.
# The project was visited by the officer of RO on 05.12.2025 and observed as under: 1. The proposed site is located in Village Saneta, Sector 103, SAS Nagar, Mohali. 2. The project site is being developed as a logistic park comprising the following components: Warehouse/Industrial: 149 plots, where construction has not yet started, SCOs: 44 plots, of which 4 SCOs units have been completed, Booths: 35 plots, of which 19 booths have been completed. 3. The construction work of STP has been started and is on initial stage. 4. The project proponent has initiated the work of sewage pipeline network within the unit. 5. The project proponent has installed one DG set of 25 KVA capacity with canopy for site office only. 6. The project proponent has constructed one temporary office at the site and around 05 employees are working in the office. The wastewater generated from toilets is disposed of into septic tank.
# The RO has reported that the project proponent is found complying with the provisions of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the provisions of Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981; and has recommended that the project may be granted extension in the validity of consent to establish (NOC) for one year.
In consideration of the report/ recommendations of RO; if approved, the validity of the Consent to Establish (NOC) earlier granted to the project vide no. CTE/Fresh/SAS/2024/25099888 dated 09/05/2024, having validity upto 30.09.2025, be further extended for another year i.e. upto 30.09.2026, subject to all terms & conditions as imposed in the original CTE granted to the project.
