• It is submitted that that the Project proponent was earlier granted Consent to establish on 16.11.2022, valid upto 15.11.2023 for Development of Residential colony in the name of 'Wazir-E-Bagh Green City (M/s Shriji Developers)' having 337 no. Residential Plots, 53 no. Commercial Plots, & 01 no. Nursery School for Domestic effluent @ 186 KL/day to be discharged after treatment onto land to be developed under parks/green belt in an area of 04 acres……………….
• Now, the Project proponent has applied for fresh consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981…………………..
• The application of the project proponent was examined and clarification was raised to the project proponent by RO on 10.12.2025 and it was requested to give reply of the following within 02 days:-
1. Pointwise compliance of special conditions imposed during grant of NOC. Whether the PP is complying with all special conditions………..
2. Whether the present mode of disposal of treated effluent is as per NOC granted to the PP………….
3. Whether the sewer of colony has been connected with terminal STP of the city or not…………
4. If yes, then whether the colony has obtained certificate from the concerned authorities regarding adequacy of terminal STP to handle the surplus pollution load of the colony………
5. Whether wastewater generation calculations are in order with new guidelines received from SEIAA………..
6. What is the maximum built up area of the whole project, whether the project proponent obtained certificate from the concerned authority regarding its built-up area……….
7. Whether the PP is maintaining record of STP operation w.r.t. water meter and energy meter readings. What is the present average discharge……….
• Now RO has reported that the project proponent has not submitted the reply of clarification and has recommended for refusal of consents to operate………..
Keeping in view of the report & recommendations of RO, if approved, show cause notice for revocation/cancellation of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the PP with an opportunity of personal hearing, at ZO level, please…..
