1. RO has reported that total built-up area of residential pots considering FAR of 2.1 is 109347.33 sqm………….
RO has not mentioned the built-up area of commercial plots, EWS & Hotel. RO is required to mention total saleable area and max built-up area of all proposals…….
2. RO has reported that the plantation/ gardening area provided by the colony is principally adequate to manage the quantum of discharge. But RO has not mentioned the average discharge of the project……….
3. RO has mentioned that the project proponent has provided separate flow meters at outlet of STP leading to gardening as well as flushing……………
But RO has not mentioned the quantity of effluent being reused for flushing and plantation……
4. RO has not submitted compliance of Special Conditions imposed during grant of NOC……………..
If approved, RO may be requested to clarify above, please……..
