Kindly peruse the note of JEE (OS)…………
The HCF is a 75 bedded hospital. Report of RO is very causal. RO not mentioned following points in the report:-
1. AEE has reported that effluent sample is within limits but EE has reported that effluent sample is not meeting with effluent standards. Kindly mention the prescribed limit of each parameter as per BMW Rules, 2016..
2. Installation of water meter and energy meters with ETP -cum-STP…….
3. Record regarding operation of ETP-cum- STP ……..
4. Average discharge of hospital, whether it is within consented quantity or not………….
5. Whether the HCF is doing Pre-treatment of liquid waste generated from laboratory, OT etc. with sodium Hypochlorite solution, if yes whether the HCF is maintain record of sodium Hypochlorite solution consumption on daily basis…………
6. RO has reported that the HCF has installed 02 DG sets but capacity has not been mentioned. Moreover, the HCF has submitted detail of DG sets as nil in the application form…….
7. Whether general solid waste dump site of HCF was checked during visit, if yes whether any mixing of bio-medical waste found or not…..
8. Constitution of Bio medical waste management committee and its proceedings………
9. Record of training imparted to all the health care workers and others, involved in handling of bio medical waste………
10. Record regarding immunization of all the healthcare workers and others, involved in handling of bio-medical waste……..
11. Pre-treatment of lab & highly infectious bio-medical waste through equipment like autoclave or microwave…….
If approved, RO may be requested to include the above said points in each case of HCF having more than 30 beds, please.
