The report and recommendation of RO be perused. The project is large scale green category unit. May if approved consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle may be granted for one year period with suitable conditions that :- 1. The project proponent shall obtain consent to operate before commissioning of the project. 2. The project proponent shall obtain necessary permission from the other departments at its own level. 3. The project proponent shall ensure proper safety measures and emergency response system as per the guidelines prescribed by the various departments.
