It is intimated that the industry is a small-scale orange category unit. The industry has applied for fresh obtaining NOC/Consent to Establish under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 of the Board for establishment of a unit for manufacturing of CI Casting @ 1.0 MT/day by using CI Scrap @ 1.0 T/day as raw material and having water treatment domestic waste @ 0.8 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank and any Other Cooling @ 7.0 into re-circulation no generation of trade effluent under the name of Miss. Sukhwinder Kaur/Proprietor.
The industry has submitted declaration that the firm is proprietorship concern firm.
Fee Details: -
The industry has deposited NOC fee of Rs. 3400/- (Rs. 2900/- as NOC fee + Rs. 500/- as application fee) vide R. No. 279802980 dated 10.12.2025, against the proposed project cost of Rs. 35.43 lacs, which is adequate for one year.
DTP Certificate: -
The industry has submitted Land Use Classification certificate issued by DTP, Sangrur vide memo no. 1575-DTP(S)/LPMHG-141 dated 26.11.2025, which is reproduced as under: -
ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਕਾ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਈਟ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਤੋਂ ਨੇਧਰਾਣੀ ਵੱਲ ਜਾਂਦਿਆਂ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਕਰਾਸਿੰਗ ਤੋਂ ਲਗਭੱਗ 870 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਦੂਰੀ ਤੇ ਖੱਬੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਉੱਪਰ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ। ਨੱਥੀ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਈਟ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਅਸਟੇਟ ਪਿੰਡ ਮਹਿਦੇਵੀ (ਹ.ਬ.ਨੰ. -90) ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਰਕਬਾ 1 ਬਿੱਘਾ 9 ਬਿਸਵੇ 1 ਬਿਸਵਾਸੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਈਟ ਨੇਟੀਫਾਈਡ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ ਮਲੇਰਕੋਟਲਾ ਦੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਆਗਿਆਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਨੱਥੀ ਅਕਸ ਲੱਠੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਉ ਰਸਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਟੈਂਡਅਲੋਨ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀ ਲਈ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ 4 ਕਰਮ ਚੌੜਾ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਉ ਰਸਤਾ ਲੋੜੀਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ 60 ਫੁੱਟ ਚੌੜਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸੀ. ਆਰ. ਓ. ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਨੱਥੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਸਾਈਟ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕੀ/ਟਾਈਟਲ ਆਫ ਲੈਂਡ, ਖਸਰਾ ਵਾਈਜ ਰਕਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਸਤੇ ਦੀ ਚੌੜਾਈ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਰੈਵੇਨਿਊ ਅਥਾਰਿਟੀ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਈ ਬਣਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਆਪ ਦੀ ਆਪਈ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਸਾਈਟ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਈਟ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਐਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ/ਉਸਾਰੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਕਤ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇਸਦਾ ਸੀ.ਐੱਲ.ਯੂ. ਅਤੇ ਬਿਲਡਿੰਗ ਪਲੈਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਬਣੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਕੇਵਲ ਲੈਂਡ ਯੂਜ਼ ਕਲਾਸੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਦਫਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਐਨ.ਓ.ਸੀ. ਨਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
Requisite Documents: -
The industry has also submitted brief project report, revenue report, proposed layout plan and copy of registry along with the application form. It has also submitted rent deed which is valid upto 30.10.2030.
The industry has issued induction furnace from PSCST vide letter no. PSCST/TFD/172 dated 02.12.2025.
Visit: -
To verify the facts, the site of the industry has been visited by the officer of this office on 19.12.2025 and it was observed as under: -
1. The site is located at Village Mehdevi, Naudhrani Road, MALERKOTLA.
2. The work of boundary wall is completed at site. No machinery has been arrived at site yet.
3. The industry has proposed for setting up a unit for manufacturing of CI Casting @ 1.0 MT/day by using CI Scrap @ 1.0 T/day as raw material.
4. The industry has proposed to use 8.0 KLD fresh water. Out of 8.0 KLD water the industry will use 1.0 KLD water for domestic effluent use from which 0.8 KLD wastewater will be generated. Domestic wastewater @ 0.8 KLD will be discharged onto land for plantation after passing through septic tank and any other cooling @ 7.0 into re-circulation.
5. No trade effluent will be generated.
6. The industry has proposed to install induction furnace of capacity 0.125 TPH with Bag filter as APCD.
In view of above, the industry may be granted NOC/consent to establish of the Board for establishment of a unit for manufacturing of CI Casting @ 1.0 MT/day by using CI Scrap @ 1.0 T/day as raw material for one year with suitable conditions as per Policy of the Board.
