As proposed with following additional conditions:
1....No fuel other than PNG.
2....If any Haz. waste will be generated, it is either to be disposed off through TSDF or authorized recycler, what ever the case be....
3....After issue a team of SEE(HWM) and EE ZP1 shall make a comprehensive visit to check the contention of industry of Zero HW unit, sources of HW generation, its in-house recycling, disposal and management as well as adequacy of pollution control arrangements along with clear cut recommendations. |
