As proposed with following additional conditions:
1....No fuel other than PNG.
2....If any Haz. waste will be generated, it is either to be disposed off through TSDF or authorized recycler, what ever the case be. and authorization for same is to be obtained...
3....After issue of this consent, a team of SEE(HWM) and EE ZP1 shall make a comprehensive visit to check the contention of industry of Zero HW unit, sources of HW generation, its in-house recycling, disposal and management as well as adequacy of pollution control arrangements along with clear cut recommendations. |
