5. What is quantity of trade effluent generation from hospital section, the project proponent has given detail of domestic effluent only in the application form.…..
6. The PP has mentioned that domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for planation but RO has reported that PP has installed ETP-cum-STP to treat the effluent generated inside the premises……….
7. Whether the PP is pre-treating the trade effluent of hospital section with sodium hypo-chloride solution or not………….
