It is submitted that the RO had earlier recommended grant of CTE to the project vide note dated 13.12.2025. Upon examination of the application and the report of RO, certain observations were conveyed to RO on 18.12.2025 for clarification. The AEE, RO has now submitted point-wise replies procured from the project proponent. However, the EE, RO has reported that the replies furnished are not satisfactory and has recommended that the application be returned to the project proponent for submitting the case afresh with complete and compliant details.
In consideration of the recommendation of RO, if approved, the RO may be allowed to return the application to the project proponent with the advice to resubmit the same after rectifying the deficiencies. Further, the RO shall ensure that future applications are processed only after proper scrutiny and due verification of technical and statutory compliances at the initial stage itself. |
