The project proponent submitted application on 09.12.2025, the scrutiny of which was made complete by AEE on same day I.e 09.12.2025...
Thereafter the application was processed by AEE on 11.12.2025 and AEE & EE took another 11 days for discussion and sent application to ZO on 22.12.2025..Though the application was incomplete and basic thing i.e category of the project is incorrect as stated in the note of EE ZO dated 28.12.2025..
In view of the above, if approved the application be sent back to RO to return the application to the project proponent to apply under the relevant category with the correct category code (as the same cannot be changed during application processing) and obtaining valid Environmental Clearance for the project from the Competent Authority...
Also letter may be issued to AEE and EE RO SAS Nagar to be careful in future while scrutiny and processing the applications please. |
