Sir, the site of the proposed project was visited on 23.12.2025. During the visit, it was observed that the industry has proposed and almost completed the civil construction work of 20 rooms. As per the applicant’s submission, there is no provision for establishment of a kitchen, and the project is stated to be different from the earlier project of Gobindgarh Club Ltd.
However, the applicant has submitted the present application under the same name as the previous project under the orange category, but it falls under the green category as per the CPCB notification on the classification of industries and other entities.
In view of the above, the application has been found to be incomplete and not in conformity with the applicable requirements. Therefore, it is proposed that the application be returned to the applicant with instructions to reapply under the Green Category strictly as per the CPCB notification dated 12.02.2025, after completing the application in all respects.
If approved, the application may be returned to the applicant for resubmission after due compliance.
