After perusal the note of RO,it was observed that the PP has obtained CTE in the year 2007and thereafter the PP has failed to extend the validity of CTE. Accordingly, the PP was given personal hearing before SEE, Zonal office on 25.3.2011, wherein the authority has decided that PP shall submit BG amounting to RS.1.0 lac as an assurance to extend the validity of CTE, construct & commission of STP. Accordingly, the PP has extend it NOC validity upto 19.8.2012 and also submit the BG @1.0 lac with validity upto 23.5.2021.
Now the PP has applied for fresh CTO under Water Act,1974and found complying with NOC condition.
If approved, it is recommended that CTO under waterAct,1974 may be granted upto 31.12.2030 with suitable and spl condition.
