It is submitted that application of the industry was scrutinized and found that the industry has not submitted the completion certificate for the installation of the ETP-cum-STP. During the site visit conducted on 05.12.2025 to verify the contents of the complaint, it was found that the industry has completed its civil construction work of ETP. The representative of the industry informed that the remaining mechanical work of the ETP-cum-STP will be completed within a few days and requested to clarify and submit the required completion certificate within 02 days, so that the application may be processed accordingly, but the industry has failed to submit the same. Hence, the application has been considered as in complete and returned to the industry with the request to resubmit the same with complete in all aspects. |
