The application submitted by the industry was scrutinized, and it has been observed that the industry has not submitted the land-use pattern of the project site. If the site falls in a non-designated area, the industry is required to obtain permission from the Site Appraisal Committee (SAC) for establishment of the unit and shall not commence any industrial construction activity without obtaining permission from the SAC-cum-SCA. Further, as per the Project Report, the total project cost is ₹1,259 lakh, whereas the applicant has mentioned the project cost as ₹950 lakh in the prescribed format, which is contradictory. The industry has also deposited the NOC fee corresponding to a project cost of ₹950 lakh only. The industry was requested to clarify the above discrepancies within 02 days, failing which the application shall be considered accordingly, but the industry has failed to submit the same. Hence, the application has been considered as in complete and returned to the industry with the request to resubmit the same with complete in all aspects |
