Sir, it is submitted that the representative of the industry was informed about the personal hearing scheduled before the Hon’ble Chairperson of the Board on 24.12.2025. However, the industry has submitted a request via email for another date of hearing, stating that the owner of the industry is not available to appear personally directly to the Higher Authority. The said request was intimated to this office and has also been forwarded to ZO-II, Patiala by this office.
